Skewered Chicken (Yakitori)

Ingrediens:
- 2 lb boneless chicken
- 1/2 cup sake
- 3/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup green onions, cut into 3/4 inch lengths diagonally
Preparation:
- Soak 25 wooden skewers for about 20 minutes in water; drain and set aside.
