40g white miso
1 tsp crushed garlic
3 tbsp mirin
vegetable oil
1 tsp chopped parsley
2 pieces wedge-cut lemon


Preparation: 

Mix the miso, garlic and mirin well, spread it all over the fish and leave for one hour.
