<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 pieces fish (Ideally sword fish but halibut is also nice)</li>
<li>40g white miso</li>
<li>1 tsp crushed garlic</li>
<li>3 tbsp mirin</li>
<li>vegetable oil</li>
<li>1 tsp chopped parsley</li>
<li>2 pieces wedge-cut lemon</li>
</ul>

Preparation: </strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Mix the miso, garlic and mirin well, spread it all over the fish and leave for one hour.</li>
<li>Remove the excess miso mixture from the fish. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook both sides of the fish until browned.</li>
<li>Place the fish on individual plates, sprinkle on the chopped parsley and serve with lemon.</li>
